Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer
Responsibilities
- Must have at least 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, specifically in Sales, Marketing, and Services modules.
- Implement D365 Sales and Service modules effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver complex customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365, enhancing overall system functionality.
- Develop and maintain integrations, utilizing plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, Portals, Ribbon Customization, and APIs.
- Proficient in C#.NET, JavaScript, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit, and SSRS for report generation and data visualization.
- Leverage the MS Power Platform, including Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals, to develop and enhance solutions.
- Lead the implementation of MS CRM and integrate third-party applications using Middleware Tools/APIs (REST, ODATA Web APIs), SSIS packages, and connectors.
- Utilize Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.) for robust system integration, ensuring seamless communication between upstream and downstream systems.
- Oversee the migration of large and complex data sets, focusing on data analysis, cleansing, and mapping using standard and third-party tools.
- Good to have experience with SSIS, Canvas Apps, and Azure Data Factory implementations to enhance data processing and transformation capabilities.
- Contribute to Agile delivery methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
Technical Skills
Core Dynamics 365 Skills:
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, specifically in the Sales, Marketing, and Services domains.
- Successful implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
Customization & Development:
- Proficient in complex customizations and configurations within Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of plugins, workflows, C#.NET, and JavaScript for customization.
Integration & Middleware:
- Experience with API integrations (REST, ODATA) and leveraging middleware tools.
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and MS Power Platform.
Data Management:
- Experience in migrating large datasets and performing data analysis and cleansing.
- Understanding of data mapping using standard and third-party tools.
Agile Methodologies:
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies to ensure effective project management and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies will be a plus.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
