• Specialist is responsible for the design and development of Interior and Exterior PP materials.
• Material validation/evaluation of new material under development .
• Execute the new material development with RM supplier to complete development on time meeting QCD requirement.
• Supplier Process check investigation audit and supplier assessment (Meses Audit)
• Technical Support to design/Process/Quality and Purchase.
• Material judgement and material report preparation
• Bench marking, supplier line walk , New material development
• Support design in team quality issue with FTA, material Characterization and Simulation study etc.
• Good knowledge in analytical instruments like FTIR, TGA, DSC, UTM, MFI, Climatic chamber
• Good knowledge about Plastic material, Plastic processing methods and trouble shooting
