What makes you great
10-12 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or a similar HR leadership role.
Post-graduation (full-time) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution with an excellent academic track record.
Preferred localite with a strong understanding of the regional talent landscape.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable interacting with senior management and employees across departments.
Ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
A pleasing and approachable personality with a positive attitude and strong emotional intelligence.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
