Role Description

RF Analyst will work directly with country CFO, to ensure compliance with the country specific accounting, Tax and Regulatory Requirements. Which required control mindset with ability to work with multiple stakeholder internal as well as external.

Your key responsibilities

• This role will primarily responsible for overseeing the account payable function act as POC contact between local business contact and Manila AP Team.
• Ensuring the compliance with Transaction level WHT (TDS) compliance along with the GST implication
• Supporting the local Direct and Indirect fillings by working with external professional consultant.
• Support other regulatory compliance like FEMA, RBI, Companies Act
• Provide MIS support to senior management.
• Play key preparatory role in local GAAP financials and its audit.
• Articulate issues and risks to management in timely manner
• Work closely with Stakeholders and other teams like COO, Manila Finance, Business Finance teams.

Your skills and experience

• 6+ Years of Experience in Indian Accounting/Finance environment
• Qualified Individuals with relevant but lower experience can be considered.
• Indian Direct and Indirect Tax Exposure of minimum 2+ years is must.
• Ability to work with multi-cultural and multi-location environment.
• Good verbal communication along with some team handling experience.
• Exposure to SAP GL with AR/AP and FI will be preferred.
• Good to Have – Ledger implementation experience.
