We are looking for an experienced Front Office professional to join our team. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will: 

• Lead a shift of Front Office professionals, ensuring our guest's experience is at the forefront at all times
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining procedures for the Department and fostering a focus on guest engagement
• Assist with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the team’s success
• Handle complex guest queries and feedback

A qualification in hotel or hospitality management will be highly regarded.

Software

Previous experience with a PMS is essential (Opera is desirable).
