Job Description:
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of safety and security within the facility. This role requires strong leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and staff management
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Manage and resolve incidents or emergencies
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and maintain service quality standards
Conduct regular inspections of the facility
Manage staff schedules and allocate resources effectively
Provide training and support to team members
Prepare and submit reports on operations, incidents, and performance
Required Qualifications:
Role Overview:

Duty Managers must be able to adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and make decisions that align with company policies and procedures. They are expected to lead by example, motivate their team, and uphold the organization's standards and values.
This role often involves working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the position typically covers all operational hours of the facility.
