In Financial Crime Prevention in Saxo, we are responsible for verifying documents provided by new clients and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering laws across the organization. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, we ensure that Saxo effectively manages and mitigates the risks associated with business activities.
As our new KYC Analyst, your tasks will be related to processing the incoming applications from clients within Financial framework and to translate them from Dutch language to English and vice versa.
Responsibilities
To process the incoming client’s applications in accordance with the KYC business procedures, and in line with the Global Minimum KYC Standards and Saxo Group’s Risk Appetite
To be able to translate documents provided by Dutch clients into English language and vice versa
To meet the SLA’s for processing the incoming cases and the agreed quality standards;
To identify and escalate potential areas for process improvement and system automation with focus on enhancing the client experience;
To reach or exceed the Key Objectives agreed with your leader;
To participate in daily tasks such as quality check, review of results of the ongoing client AML screening, processing incoming requests to the team’s inbox;
To do periodic review of client files and to ensure KYC documentation is accurate and compliant;
To work with key internal stakeholders within the Global Onboarding & KYC teams;
To be able to work independently after appropriate training has been provided.

Knowledge or hands-on experience B1/B2 certification in Dutch language
Knowledge on AML Screening Monitoring & Risk assessment.
