Job Description

We are seeking a talented Domino Developer to lead the development and implementation of innovative projects utilizing emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of delivering projects that leverage technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with the organization’s strategic goals.


Overall Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership:Lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Mentorship:Mentor and guide team members, providing technical guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Technology Evaluation:Identify and evaluate new technology solutions that can improve business processes and enhance productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to inform project decisions and strategies.
Technical Skills
  • Emerging Technologies:Strong expertise in technologies such as blockchain, IoT, AI, and other relevant emerging technologies.
  • Software Development Lifecycle:In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
  • Software Architecture:Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Leadership & Management:Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technical experts effectively.
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects utilizing emerging technologies.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members in a technical capacity.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Manage the development and delivery of projects using emerging technologies to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on the latest technological advancements and industry trends, applying insights to current projects.
Qualifications
  • Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications:Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are a plus.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines effectively.
