We are seeking a meticulous and organized Documentation Executive to manage and maintain documentation processes in compliance with ISO standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and controlling various instruction reports and ensuring timely updates of all documentation activities.
Maintain and update ISO documentation and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.
Prepare and manage In-Process Instruction Reports (IPIR), Final Instruction Reports (FIR), and Income Instruction Reports (IIR).
Review and ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and consistent with company standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and ensure timely submission of reports.
Perform regular updates and version control of documents based on time-to-time requirements.
Store and retrieve documents efficiently using physical and digital filing systems.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all business-related documents and files.
Any Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc).
Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience in documentation or administration roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Basic understanding of ISO documentation standards is a plus.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
