We are looking for Disponent – Prompt Response Team

You’ll make a difference by

• 1st level troubleshooting of locomotive technical / operation issues in coordination with Helpline, maintenance planning & operations.
• Prompt mobilization (within 01 Hr.) after incident reporting for rectification of issues at field location coordinated with operations.
• Coordination with operations for obtaining PTW.
• Onsite support to Loco Pilots for prompt resolution of technical issue during locomotive operation.
• Creating service orders for on-field intervention, issue resolution and closure after resolution.
• Coordination with helpline for immediate update of the status of onsite support ticket.
• Documentation of onsite support and repair activity with operations and update in CMMS.
• Prepare detailed failure report and Initiate root cause analysis of the technical incident.
• Escorting of locomotives during operation & executing field modification / minor maintenance wherever required.
• Coordination with material & logistics team for maintaining MSL at PRT locations.
• Responsible for ensuring the upkeeping of tools and coordinating with respective team for timely calibration of the same.
• Candidate shall be ready to move future PRT location within geographical jurisdiction of East Coast Railway (ECoR)/Other Railway

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical engineering or equivalent with min. 05 years of experience in rolling stock industry/similar industry.
• Min. 3 years of demonstrated experience in PRT / troubleshooting / maintenance of electric locomotives at system / sub-system level
• Command on both the spoken and written English language
• Initial location will be Visakhapatnam till setup of PRT location
