Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed 15+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, managing large-scale recruitment operations and teams across multiple locations/functions. Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from talent planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and HR teams. Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing recruitment teams. Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to drive hiring decisions and optimize processes. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technology, ensuring efficient talent acquisition operations. Global experience, working in a multinational organization and managing recruitment across different geographies. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities with agility. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (other languages may be required based on regional coverage).
