Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead & Execute Talent Acquisition Strategies: Oversee recruitment for both frontline and professional hiring, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s workforce planning and business needs. Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth execution of hiring processes, focusing on efficiency, compliance, and quality hiring outcomes. Manage & Develop Recruitment Teams: Lead and mentor recruiters, ensuring performance excellence, career development, and high engagement. Partner with Business Leaders & HR: Act as a key advisor, providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and hiring best practices to stakeholders. Enhance Process Compliance & Standardization: Ensure all hiring activities adhere to PepsiCo’s global talent acquisition policies and local regulations. Utilize Data & Insights: Track recruitment performance, analyze market trends, and optimize sourcing strategies for better hiring outcomes. Leverage Technology & Innovation: Drive the adoption of ATS, CRM, and recruitment automation tools, optimizing processes and efficiency. Collaborate with Global TA Teams: Align hiring strategies with PepsiCo’s global talent vision, share regional insights, and implement best practices across markets. Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed 15+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, managing large-scale recruitment operations and teams across multiple locations/functions. Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from talent planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and HR teams. Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing recruitment teams. Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to drive hiring decisions and optimize processes. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technology, ensuring efficient talent acquisition operations. Global experience, working in a multinational organization and managing recruitment across different geographies. Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities with agility. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (other languages may be required based on regional coverage).
