Director/Senior Director - Commercial Due Diligence & Strategy - Industrial Products - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director / Senior Director to lead Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and Strategy engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in market assessments, competitive benchmarking, growth strategy, and investment decision-making for private equity, venture capital, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CDD projects by evaluating market attractiveness, competitive landscape, business models, and financial implications.
• Develop and execute growth, market entry, and investment strategies for clients across diverse industries.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, financial modeling, and data-driven analysis to support key recommendations.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders, investors, and clients to deliver high-impact insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage project teams, drive execution, and ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify and drive business development opportunities by leveraging networks and industry knowledge.
• Stay ahead of market trends, disruptions, and investment opportunities to provide thought leadership in the strategy space.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven expertise in commercial due diligence (CDD), market entry, growth strategy, and M&A advisory.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
• MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
