We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our efforts in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives. This leadership role combines strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of sales and marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand positioning.
• Lead sales and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top industry producers and stakeholders.
• Leverage digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analytics tools to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of success in driving results.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM), preferably with expertise in residential sales.
• An extensive network of industry connections and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
