QUALIFICATIONS
- Transformation management: 10+ years in finance and transformation, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in finance processes and products
- Business acumen: Familiar with consultant operating models, and strong understanding of business operations and finance operating models
- Strategic and results-driven: Demonstrates creativity and a strong focus on achieving results, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Leadership and adaptability: Exhibits strong leadership skills, capable of navigating complex topics, and adaptable to high-priority shifts
- Detail-oriented and team-spirited: Possesses a strong sense of teamwork, an entrepreneurial and pragmatic approach, excellent organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Join our Global Finance function as part of the Operations and Transformation team. This dynamic role involves collaborating with senior Finance and Firm leaders to drive transformative change. You will engage with all pillars of Global Finance and interact with various functions across the Firm, ensuring a comprehensive and impactful experience, including delivering new digital and AI capabilities for Partners in the Firm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the strategic leadership and program management.
You will collaborate with Finance stakeholders to design and execute transformation programs aligned with strategic objectives. You will convert strategic goals into outcomes and operational realities, oversee the transformation portfolio, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
You will be involved in stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiatives, build strong relationships across Finance and adjacent functions, driving strong communication and engagement. You will implement consistent and action-oriented strategies for smooth adoption of new capabilities and processes, enable teams in achieving their strategic goals through effective change management
You will design and track KPIs for measurable impact, provide insights to leadership and report on transformation success, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved, and identify areas for innovation and improvement
You will build long-term capabilities, establish enduring capabilities, including hiring and developing talent
Success in this role will require demonstrated business transformation and digital / AI enablement experience, creativity and the ability to navigate complex topics and engage stakeholders across all parts of the organization. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills, and strong managerial and influencing skills.
