You will be part of the Insider Threat team within Corporate Information Security Risk & Compliance (CIS). You will report into the Senior Director, Insider Threat, and will manage a local team of individual contributors. You will work closely with Nike Legal, Privacy and Technology teams.

Expert knowledge of Information Security, Data Protection and Insider Threat with the ability to identify both tactical and strategic solutions using strong verbal and written communication skills.
14+ years of work experience.
Experience in insider incident detection, triage, and response techniques.
Expert knowledge of data loss prevention, endpoint security, network security, and user behavior analytics.
Capable of developing and implementing processes, standards and policies, to include the measurement of their effectiveness in reducing risk.
Proficiency in managing and communicating deliverables, metrics and making responsible business decisions.
Comfortable with interfacing with other internal or external organizations regarding security policies and standards, security controls, and incident response situations.
Executes on vision, mission, roadmaps and budgets with specific plans to mature Insider Threat Program.
A strong and experienced people leader who builds and motivates high performing teams and helps them grow to their potential.
Demonstrated ability to translate business trends and strategies into technical services and solutions as it relates to Information Security planning and business imperatives.

Formal education or experience is, or is similar to, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study.

Comfortable in explaining complex cyber issues in non-technical terms.
The Director of Insider Threat leads a team of highly skilled, multi-functional cyber security and data protection professionals, including an operations center, that rapidly identifies, and resolves Insider Threat incidents globally.
Ensure all incidents are handled as quickly as possible, according to industry best practices, and in concert with Nike Legal, Business Units, and Technology teams.
Act as a key leader responsible for managing and executing strategies to protect sensitive Nike data from potential Insider Threats risks, maintains operational stability, and delivery of data protection solutions.
Focused on fostering strong relationships with strategic partners while ensuring that the teams stay ahead of industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Use solid knowledge of Data Protection toolsets and policies to drive collaboration with internal Nike teams looking for opportunities for engagement, training and process improvement.
