Position Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure teams in our CBS (Cencora Business Services) location in Pune, India. They play a critical role in establishing and maturing service delivery by partnering closely with IT Infrastructure functional leaders responsible for engineering and delivery producing key architectural capabilities to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of systems while ensuring high availability and performance, focusing on delivering innovative IT solutions programs in line with strategic objectives, contributing to planning, creating and implementing an IT vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic business plan. Directors oversee the development of enterprise standards and technology initiatives and the IT governance process. They analyze trends in technology, assess the impact of emerging technologies on the business, provide solutions to address technology and business issues, and manage financial resources while ensuring the development of high-quality technology solutions. They contribute to the setup of the best overall IT Infrastructure organization by making sure that the team is strategically aligned with the adopted IT operating model and is set for success by ensuring an optimal & sustainable IT service delivery.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and guidance to the IT Infrastructure team in Pune ensuring alignment with functional leaders globally
Works with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, contributes to the development of an IT strategy and manages the development of the CBS ITI team
Provides functional oversight and leadership for ITI service towers as required
Accoutnable for oversight of strategic partnerships that support staffing of the ITI CBS pipeline in Pune.
Collaborates with internal & external business leaders and partners to identify ways to improve the overall experience through improved communication and strategic alignment
Collaborates with division directors across the organization and key stakeholders for the coordination and alignment of objectives and functions across multiple functional areas
Sets KPIs/goals and manages the performance of the team
Leads the management, strategy, and execution of the IT infrastructure for the organization, and guides in maintaining the safety of information system across the organization
Leads the financial and internal customer analysis and competitive market assessment/ benchmarking and makes appropriate recommendations
Ensures stringent asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment
Collaborates with clients in discerning client business trends, business needs and their implications and seeks opportunities to contribute to positive outcomes for clients, stakeholders, and organizational members
Manages the improvement processes that supports the business, owns the designated processes, and ensures that established processes are followed
Participates in the development of IT budgets, tracks, and takes appropriate steps to stay within budget and provides high-quality services at optimal cost to clients/business stakeholders
Provides input during SLA development process, ensures internal SLAs are met and manages vendors or suppliers to ensure that external SLAs are met as well
Supports an environment of open and upward communication with all staff to ensure positive employee morale, effective conflict resolution and upward flow of creative ideas for the benefit of the organization and its employees
Ensures work, information, ideas, and technology flow freely among the section and establishes measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business and organizational goals
Documents and presents performance assessments, recognizes and rewards associates commensurate with performance and implements organizational practices for staffing, EEO, diversity, performance management, career development, training, reward and recognition, and retention
Defines and puts in place the right resource model, ensuring the correct resources are always available to cover the required assigned work
Maintains a high performance and motivated internal team, guaranteeing that the right core skills are kept internally in the company by ensuring HR processes are adhered to and are executed timely
Ensures that the correct mechanisms are in place to properly manage and control the delivery of team services and maintains communication with all the internal stakeholders
Aligns with other divisional teams to ensure a consistent central service offering, establishing robust processes to support the internal customers in their end-to-end workflow from idea to project delivery
Protects, stabilizes, and ensures full reliability of all systems (old & new) to maintain market leadership and ensures that the IT Infrastructure function is organized in the most efficient way and in line with the global IT strategy
Establishes and maintains regular, timely and effective communications with stakeholders across the business regarding IT activities, both proactively and reactively during service outages

Education:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.
Preferred Certifications:
Certification in Information Security Strategy Management (CISM)
Application/Infrastructure/Enterprise Architect Training and Certification, e.g. TOGAF
Cloud Infrastructure Certification e.g. Azure Solution Architect Expert Certification
Networking, Network convergence & Network Security & Compliance (CCNA)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Enterprise IT Certification e.g. CGEIT
Work Experience:
10+ years of directly-related or relevant experience with 5+ years in a managerial capacity, preferably in IT Infrastructure design.
