We're seeking someone to join our team as a Employee Expense Reimbursement Manager, Director to oversee our employee expense reimbursement function. This role is crucial in ensuring that all expense reports are processed accurately and in compliance with company and regulatory policies. In the Corporate Services division, we provide solutions that enable Morgan Stanley's workforce, across our global workplace locations, to effectively and efficiently work in the service of our clients. This is a Director position within Accounts Payable & Receivables, which specializes in maintaining the Purchase Ledger function and ensuring the payment of all invoices and expense claims. Our responsibilities include ledger reconciliation, all invoice and expense claim queries, and accounts receivable. What you'll do in the role: Manage the Concur tool and the Expense Reimbursement process: Oversee the daily operation of the employee expense reimbursement function. Verify that all submissions comply with company and regulatory guidelines. Administer and maintain the concur expense management tool. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the Concur system. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze expense reports to identify trends and areas of concern. Provide regular reports to management on expense trends and compliance issues. Offer insights and recommendations based on expense data analysis. Training and Development & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Finance on balancing expense transactions to the Ledger. Conduct training sessions for employees on expense reimbursement policies and Concur usage. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the Company's expense management processes.
