With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets across all of these priorities.Charter is to drive scale for the business and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of EDDS is the integration of diverse skills across all of its remit. EDDS has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.


The Acquisition Experiences Analytics team within the broader Digital Experimentation and Insights (DE&I) team in EDDS supports optimization of our acquisition experiences (Shop, Member Get Member, Application Experience, New Accounts, Communications etc.) through insights and experimentation. The team specializes in using data and best Experimentation Practices around digital product usage to drive improvements in the customer experience to deliver higher satisfaction and business value.


This role will report to the Vice President of Acquisition Experiences Analytics team and will be based in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for delivery of high impactful analytics to optimize acquisition experiences across International Markets as well as optimize for Global Member get Member Experience.


  • Deliver strategic analytics and high velocity experimentation- focused on acquisition experience and customer servicing needs
  • Help increase acquisition across our digital assets
  • Define and build key KPIs to monitor the digital health and success
  • Support the development of new products and capabilities
  • Deliver read out of new launches uncovering insights and learnings that can be utilized to further optimize the experience
  • Gain deep functional understanding of the enterprise-wide product capabilities and associated platforms over time and ensure analytical insights are relevant and actionable
  • Power in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining digital activity data along with AXP closed loop data

Minimum Qualifications


Required Qualifications and Experience


  • Post graduate Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or finance
  • Minimum 7 years’ relevant analytics experience with a background in quantitative business analysis and statistical and modeling techniques; experience in digital analytics preferred
  • Proven experience of leading in house digital analytics teams and working on data integrations with partners, with a track record of consistently delivering results though developing advance analytics and platforms
  • Superior problem-solving/decision making skills
  • Excellent teamwork and thought leadership skills with experience collaborating with partners across the globe
  • Strategic and analytical orientation - numerical with forecasting, plus Financial acumen to drive business analyses
