Read on What youll do in the role: Partner closely with internal clients to ensure creative briefs are developed to achieve business and marketing objectives Oversee creative vendor of 2-4 individuals to ensure client needs and contract SLA's are met, achieving successful outcomes Work directly with project managers and designers to ensure projects are delivered in scope, on time and on budget Serve as point of escalation for internal clients interfacing with vendor creative team Engage in proactive planning with internal clients and vendor team, looking for opportunities to exceed expectations Collaborate with global Creative leadership, operations and project management teams to share best practices, performance metrics and develop case studies articulating business impact Conduct regular meetings with clients to actively seek performance feedback on both process and work product, and provide that feedback to vendor partner to support a culture of continuous improvement
