Read on What youll do in the role: The Workplace Experience Design & Planning team is looking for a professional with relevant experience to provide data analytics of the workplace, space and occupancy, workplace project pipeline management and program effectiveness. Act as a key member of the program management team to; Manage the workplace data end-to-end to track and report on workplace performance and effectiveness Manage the multi-year workplace evolution pipeline, reporting on projects across (4) global regions Integrate AI process and machine learning to advance our strategic optimizations Work with the workplace leadership team to inform major program strategies and resolve identified opportunities to improve commerciality of the workplace real estate footprint Leverage other distributed workplace team members for additional support and subject matter expertise. Partner with the global workplace planning lead to report workplace health and changing workforce demand through the workplace organizations projections tool Maintain an active relationship with Finance and Human Capital Management to define agreed fiscal reporting and people attendance to global offices for the global workplace program.
