We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven individual. The Director of Strategy and Transformation is responsible for leading the development and execution of Strategic Initiatives within the Engineering Division. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and work closely with the COO Leadership team in shaping the forward-looking view in finding opportunities for improvement, lead change management processes and ensure alignment to Engineering Strategy.
The role will have senior execs as key stakeholders as well as horizontal engagement with other COO and Engineering CIO teams.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with the Engineering COO goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Transformation Leadership: Lead transformation projects aimed at optimizing engineering processes, aligning to Product-oriented Operating Model and improving time-to-market.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key customers to ensure critical initiatives are understood, supported, and successfully implemented across the organization.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to supervise the success of critical initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the engineering group.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation
Leadership responsibilities: The role is encouraged to lead cross functional initiatives depending on the strategic objectives and priorities. Build and maintain the relationship of the strategic partner for delivering the new facility in Hyderabad
