About the role
JLL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Property & Asset Management team as Director – Consulting & New Initiatives.
The candidate would be responsible end-to-end from creating business opportunities, working on pitches for Grade-A clients across India,
Preference shall be given to the candidates who have worked with senior leaders and having worked on building corporate strategy, process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
The candidate shall work in close coordination with the Head – Commercial, Retail & Emerging Business.
Core Skillset
The position calls for a solid foundation excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timelines. Strong follow up with great sense of coordination with the subordinates & operations team. Precision , persistence , accuracy is something required for this role. The role will also manage contributions from the business against bid objectives and to deadline.
Detail Oriented
You will ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentation, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, identify bid / proposal process improvements and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution.
Research Savvy
As part of the regional team, you will be required to conduct regular market research and be responsible for actively contributing to the firm’s knowledge management system. You will use knowledge of the competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, and solution.

Effective Communicator
You will have exceptional mastery on MS Excel, written and oral communication and presentation skills. The ability to absorb and translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications.
Resilient
Positive attitude and commitment and willingness to learn and collaborate. A flexible, resourceful and proactive individual who is able to produce results with minimal guidance and under tight deadlines. You will have the ability to work well under pressure and at high volume without compromising quality.
Qualifications
Technical Degree, preferably in Civil / Architecture / Electrical / Mechanical / Real Estate
MBA shall be a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience working with an Real Estate Consultancy, IPC, reputed management consultancies firms, Big Four, etc.
