Job Purpose:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us to initiate our direct sales in India.


Location: India


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute an operational sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region assigned and develop long-term partnership with new customers.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, generate and qualify customer leads and track them via CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their specific needs
  • Participate to events to promote and develop the business, collaborate with machine tool builders and cutting tool manufacturers from business development perspective
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions, build convincing sales presentations and promotional materials to showcase the benefits and features of our CAD/CAM software solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Management and achievement of assigned KPI's and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications and skills:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales (at least 8-10 years of experience), preferably within the CAD/CAM software or Cutting Tool or Machine Tool industry.
  • Good understanding of the mold and die market and its specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the area assigned as required.
