How will you make an impact in this role?


The US Consumer and Digital Technology Cross Platform Delivery team is looking for a Director, Product Delivery and Integration for Cross Platform Delivery – to lead large, complex end-to-end project initiatives with the dedicated focus they demand, and who: 


  • Works in partnership with Product Management and Owners, as well as the core and extended Technology teams including Architect(s), to understand the intended outcome of the program, manage delivery, and communicate progress delivery. 
  • Translates key business goals and enables coordination of Product Management and technology leaders and teams to drive alignment of activities to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • Coordinates and reviews portfolio’s end to end delivery plans. 
  • Supports and guides the development process, collaborating effectively across multiple cross-functional teams to skillfully execute on deliverables in a timely manner. 
  • Dedicatedly anticipates any risks and issues during the delivery of the portfolio plan and ensure that appropriate mitigation actions are undertaken. 
  • Facilitates the engagement of end-to-end delivery and/or support teams, negotiating where necessary to resolve any resourcing conflicts that may arise due to availability or skill. 
  • Promotes continuous improvement in Technology end to end delivery processes to drive overall improvements. 
  • Actively engages in resourcing processes to ensure organization agility. 
  • Ensures adherence of portfolio (or Platform) supported relevant compliance requirements. 
  • Works with the Service Delivery/Technology Operations to ensure quality and performance of program supported to achieve intended outcome. 
  • Drives processes and execution oversight for Agile Release Trains.

Technical Skills 


  • Overarching understanding the technical platforms and architectural integrations. 
  • An understanding of technical integration in order to ensures alignment of technical solutions across platforms and risk mitigation.

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • 5 + years of experience in Agile Methodology - Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions 
  • Experience in Lean/SAFe Principles and Frameworks quality and testing best practices 
  • 7+ years relevant Program/Project Managementexperience 

Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong facilitation, executive presence and communication skills  
  • Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages 
  • SPC or SA certification preferred; RTE certification  
  • Ability to drive value delivery 
  • Possess a high degree of technical savvy, with a keen ability to learn about new technology quickly and easily
