Responsibility :Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews, document analysis, leading workshops, surveys, and business process descriptions, Interacting & understanding requirement, and translating the requirements for technical team to implementWork on scope definition, product backlog, specifications, user stories, effort estimations, traceability, signoffs, and presentation packs across the full lifecycle projects, Understand Digital Solutioning opportunity in detail & take lead on proposing solution to solve the business problem Establish working relationships and routinely interface with project sponsors, product owners, business stakeholders & technology partners. Actively participate in scrum ceremonies, Collaborating with Business, Development, Operations Team and other project stakeholders.Job Specific Knowledge:Working knowledge of key Digital Solutions in the space of Cloud, Web Portals, Workflows, Automations, Visualizations, Analytics & Experience in Agile Methodology & Agile Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps Boards)Working knowledge of database management systems – SQL Server, AWS RedshiftWorking knowledge of EPC applications such as Ecosys, P6, AconexWorking knowledge of data analytics tools like AWS QuickSight, Power BILead stakeholder engagement including communications, briefing sessions, workshops, managing scrum ceremonies, coordination, and documentation with Worley business teamsEvaluate information to reconcile conflicts and deconstruct high-level information into detailed requirements. Analyze detailed requirements to identify true business needsAssist in system evaluations, pilots, Proof of Concepts (PoC), designing Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and external vendor comparisons in accordance with system functional requirements Must be comfortable with UX wireframing, prototyping using Adobe XD, Figma, etc., leading workshops using Mural boards, and process mapping using MS-Visio or similar tools Qualifications & Experience RequiredUniversity Degree, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience., Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or a related technicalfield or equivalent practical experience: MBA degree/ Certification in business analysis (CBAP, ITIL, CSPO), will be preferred.5-7 years of relevant experience.Skills:A strong and demonstrated interest in product management and business analysis spaceExperience in designing wireframes, UX flows, customer journey maps, conducting usability testing, interpreting feedback, and incorporating it into future iterationsLeadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to mentor team membersWillingness and ability to take initiative and learn independentlyExperience in the facilitation of design workshops with a variety of stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skillsOther Info: Working efficiently in the current “remote ways of working”.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
