PepsiCo Product Management Overview: The Product Management team is tasked with articulation of the vision and leading the execution and implementation of PepsiCo’s next generation global Digital and Data infrastructure. The scope encompasses the full Strategy & Transformation agenda, leading all Digital and Data product roadmap initiatives, and is intended to manifest as components of a Data/Digital platforms which enable all business functions at Global scale. The IBP Product Management Owner, Supply will be a critical member of the Global IBP continuous improvement team. They own continuous improvement from both functional and technical aspects. This includes deploying the global IBP template and local market configuration for the IBP Tool – o9 LPS and Heuristics Solver. They will work cross functionally with IBP process, adoption, o9, Data and IT teams to deliver continuous improvement across all markets that are live on IBP. The Product Manager will have to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business and ensure IBP is positioned to drive optimal business value. This includes balancing the development of a global product vs. local market needs. Responsibilities Support the design, build and deployment of continuous improvement CRs in a market that are live on IBP solution, including both technical and functional aspects Participate in fit gaps sessions to understand and document the future design of the change requests Support design and execution, lead design and configuration with Process and o9 Define & document functional design and its correct representation in functional specifications for supporting Process, o9 and other stakeholders to ensure accurate reflection of business requirements Ensure that business and user requirements are identified and addressed through the design of these processes, systems architecture, products and capabilities. Support Data and Analytics team to ensure any impact to data objects (GDO’s) are defined and documented, and meet all business requirements Own backlog features by each market, prioritization, and ensure documented according to the business requirement. Own Continuous Improvement, to ensure the IBP solution evolves adapting to the dynamic of the business Manage cross workstream dependencies, together with the Demand Planning, Forums, Data and IT. Support Product Solution Design and Configuration team for the deployment of continuous improvement into a specific market Deliver product by managing o9 solution architects, o9 Config, Analysts, Engineers, Developers, and UI/UX designers Supports build Unit Testing, SIT and UAT for all CRs released into production Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design and delivery Qualifications 10+ years IBP, Supply/Production Planning, S&OP or S&OE experience preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience that includes leading project teams and working with cross-functional and/or extended teams in a highly matrixed environment 5+ FMCG/CPG experience preferred Hands-on functional and technical experience and architecture knowledge in supply planning solutions (BY/JDA/SAP/o9) Experience in design and deployment of ISCP/IBP technology solutions such as JDA/Blue Yonder (ESP, FF, IO, VMI), o9, SAP IBP, etc. Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions Bachelor’s degree required; Quantitative or engineering related field preferred Skills, Abilities, Knowledge: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; comfortable managing trade-offs Ability to lead and influence others without direct authority Project Management, Defect Tracking, Security Testing, SIT, UAT Demonstrate passion for excellence related to software testing Differentiating Competencies Required - Understands both the engineering and business side of the Products released Places the user in the center of decision making Teams up and collaborates for speed, agility, and innovation World-class organization and accountability Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational barriers Able to seamlessly transition between visionary/strategic focus and hands-on getting things done At PepsiCo, we recognize that our success is driven by our talented and dedicated employees.
