We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital platforms operation manager 

In this role you will:

• Support day to day operations of digital platforms, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve efficiency/effectiveness
• Collaborate with IT to ensure platform reliability and scalability
• Track and manage Non-Functional requirements of the platforms
• Track and manage platform technical debt ensuring that legacy systems are demised and KTLO standards are maintained
• Manage specific MSII and audit findings to ensure the platforms maintain the highest operational standards
• Work with 2LOD and Audit to manage platform level risks and issues
• Support development and execution of the digital platform strategy aligned with wider Goals
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Embrace innovative approaches to operations, where appropriate and challenge where necessary to ensure best overall outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships; influence and manage global/regional stakeholders to support the business to achieve the strategy. 
• Building self-knowledge across a number of different businesses and functions and bringing different parts of the organisation together to deliver strategy
