Job Overview:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in Meta (Facebook) or E-commerce, who is eager to learn and contribute to our digital growth strategy. This role offers hands-on exposure to key business functions, including digital marketing, data analytics, customer engagement, and platform optimization.
• Assist in developing and executing E-commerce growth strategies based on market trends and platform insights.
• Work on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels to optimize customer acquisition and engagement.
• Support the data analytics team in analyzing customer behavior, campaign performance, and conversion trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, content strategy, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in social commerce, marketplace strategies, and digital
advertising.
• Assist in competitor analysis, identifying opportunities for improved product positioning and brand visibility.
• Contribute to automation projects, AI-driven personalization, and digital innovation for business growth.
• Participate in management discussions, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making.
RequirementsKey Skills & Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
• Experience at Meta (Facebook) or E-commerce companies.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, ad bidding, and campaign optimization.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, performance marketing, and user acquisition strategies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
