In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- You will be part of the GCC Digital Transformation team. You will be reporting to Program Manager- Robotics & Process Automation, India and will be a key part of Digital Automation team.
- In the Bangalore team, you will be working along with your RPA colleagues who works on Process automations, Process Standardizations, Data visualization & Data Analytics.
- The RPA Automation COE has been setup in Supply Operations which manages the end to end digital automation lifecycle for all automations developed across supply chain organizations in Novozymes.
- In your current role you will be required to collaborate with colleagues (Project managers/BA/SME’s etc ) across the world ( China, Denmark, Brazil, US etc ) to during the designing and implementation of automation projects.
- You will also provide support Solution Designer and Business Analyst to “Reimagine” the processes with technology ( Uipath + chatbot, cloud, front stack etc ) to drive end to end automation.
- You will be expected to have exposure in agile method to support the delivery of the project along with various developers and the stakeholders in the project.
- Your core responsibilities will include Emerging technologies Incubation (Robotics, Chatbots, Apps, AI/ML): Enforce Governance and Compliance:
To succeed you must hold:
- You will need a B.Tech or bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT
- Should have 3+ years of experience in Robotics projects development using UiPath
- Have 3+ years overall experience in software development domain in a global setting with global stakeholders
- Must have the technological curiosity and skill to convert a business problem to a technical problem from an Automation perspective
- Must be willing to work as an individual contributor in larger global projects
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work independently while collaborating with global colleagues across the world on a day to day basis
- Must be willing to travel and have a valid passport
