- Client Development Group (CDG) in Intel is responsible for delivering Complex SoC solutions for desktop and mobile segments.
- We are looking for an energetic, passionate and process oriented Scan Engineer who has experience in ATPG implementation/process for SOC.
- Direct responsibilities of the role, not limited to - understanding of DfT architecture (Scan, TAP etc), including running of ATPG at partition level, gate level simulation and retargeting.
Qualifications:- You should possess a BE or BTech or equivalent technical degree in Electronics Electrical engineering/VLSI/Micro-electronics with 0-2 years experience.
- Any experience or certifications in DFT related areas will be added advantage.
