We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist

Work Location: Pune

In this role, you will:

• Drive technical project deliveries proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget, and risks.
• Delivery, governance, and reporting to the stakeholders including the Business Product owner, leadership of a service line, and Products within Technology.
• Hands-on experience as an IT Service Owner.  Manage the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices.
• Manage any 3rd Party relationships that occur at the Programme Layer and stay informed of the progress of 3rd Parties at the project level.
• Manage programme strategy and the approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments, and changes.
• Identify and manage programme-level risks and issues, including managing any escalated risks/ issues from underlying projects.  Identify and manage programme-level dependencies. Assist in the management of any dependencies that exist at the underlying project level.
• Engage with other teams like Data, Platform, and Infrastructure Delivery and ensure all NFRs are complying.
• Drives the use of the prevailing methodologies within Technology teams with appropriate Agile project management framework.
