Job Description:


Qualification & Experience:


  • Engineering graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering software applications (Design,development, infrastructure setup, support etc).


  • Working experience with Typescript, Javascript, HTML, SCSS / CSS and Angular framework


  • Working experience in building APIs on NodeJS


  • Experience on AWS Would be prefered.


  • Proven track record of building and maintaining applications at scale for end to endimplementation.


  • Good knowledge with logging tools such as Splunk (preferred), Kibana or similar


  • Have good understanding of developer support devops tools like Git, Jenkins and can setupCI/CD


  • Working knowledge of Cloud technology, Kubernetes, Lambda, SQS/SNS or equivalent


  • Ability to arbitrate priority on tasks and topic (Important VS Urgent);


  • Good exposure on the service management role (ITIL 4 ): Incident Management, ProblemManagement, Knowledge Management, Adaptive Maintenance, Crisis Management,SLR/OLA/SLA key concept & how to define and make use of them in the frame of the serviceand stakeholder management;


  • Ability to frame, redesign and adapt support models, knowledge on Service Now can be a plus;


  • Proven interpersonal skills


  • Having a product oriented vision and skill set merging the constraints and levels of both theproject and the operations in an Agile mindset is clearly needed.


Responsibilities


  • Understand business processes and technical architecture


  • Working on end to end application development and maintenance


  • Design the architecture of highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored applications(frontend & backend) for upcoming business needs


  • Ability to work collaboratively with other developers and business representative to define thebest solution in an multidisciplinary and multi country setup


  • Drive technical discussions and explain chosen options and strategies


  • Perform incident management with deep root cause analysis and apply associated fix


  • Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery


  • Work in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban project implementation
