Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering software applications (Design,development, infrastructure setup, support etc).
Working experience with Typescript, Javascript, HTML, SCSS / CSS and Angular framework
Working experience in building APIs on NodeJS
Experience on AWS Would be prefered.
Proven track record of building and maintaining applications at scale for end to endimplementation.
Good knowledge with logging tools such as Splunk (preferred), Kibana or similar
Have good understanding of developer support devops tools like Git, Jenkins and can setupCI/CD
Working knowledge of Cloud technology, Kubernetes, Lambda, SQS/SNS or equivalent
Ability to arbitrate priority on tasks and topic (Important VS Urgent);
Good exposure on the service management role (ITIL 4 ): Incident Management, ProblemManagement, Knowledge Management, Adaptive Maintenance, Crisis Management,SLR/OLA/SLA key concept & how to define and make use of them in the frame of the serviceand stakeholder management;
Ability to frame, redesign and adapt support models, knowledge on Service Now can be a plus;
Proven interpersonal skills
Having a product oriented vision and skill set merging the constraints and levels of both theproject and the operations in an Agile mindset is clearly needed.
Responsibilities
Understand business processes and technical architecture
Working on end to end application development and maintenance
Design the architecture of highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored applications(frontend & backend) for upcoming business needs
Ability to work collaboratively with other developers and business representative to define thebest solution in an multidisciplinary and multi country setup
Drive technical discussions and explain chosen options and strategies
Perform incident management with deep root cause analysis and apply associated fix
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery
Work in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban project implementation
