This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. With opportunities to work across diverse technology stacks, both on-premises and in the cloud—including VMware, Kubernetes, Azure, and AWS, this role offers the ideal environment to grow as a specialist.·Dive deep into customer-reported issues by analyzing logs, debugging production code, and identifying root causes.·Provide solutions and mitigation for business continuity by using existing product capabilities to minimize the need for hotfixes and shorten unavailability periods.·Implement code fixes for production issues when necessary.·Manage customer expectations and satisfaction though effective communication.·Collaborate with Support, QA, and R&D teams to address escalations and improve processes.·Develop and maintain internal tools to enhance troubleshooting and streamline workflows.·Improve debugging and supportability features in the product and related support tools.·Stay ahead of the curve with evolving technologies in IT domains such as networking, storage, virtualization, microservices, Azure & AWS clouds.·Analyze trends in escalations to suggest product improvements, feature enhancements, or changes to reduce future issues.·Share knowledge and provide guidance to Tier-1 through Tier-3 teams to improve their troubleshooting capabilities.What you need to bring: ·A minimum of 6 years of experience in a Tier-4 escalation role or 6+ years of development experience with enterprise-grade software products.·Work experience and proficiency in programming with .NET (or Java, C++).·Strong debugging and analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex technical issues.·Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.·Self-driven with the ability to learn new tools and technologies independently.·Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Bonus Skills:·Expertise in one or more of the following domains:oPublic Clouds (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)oHypervisors (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)oContainerization and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)oSecurity·Familiarity with disaster recovery concepts.Education and Experience Required:·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.·A strong foundation in enterprise software development and troubleshooting.If you are a problem-solver with a passion for debugging and maintaining enterprise-grade software systems, and you’re ready to make an impact in Bangalore, we would love to hear from you!Additional Skills:Cloud Architectures, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, Development Fundamentals, DevOps, Distributed Computing, Microservices Fluency, Full Stack Development, Release Management, Security-First Mindset, User Experience (UX)What We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
