ABOUT DLM Development Landscape Management (DLM) is an internal service unit responsible for providing development infrastructure & system landscape services for SAP Product Development. Key functions of DLM are: • Program Landscape Management - Landscape Planning, Development Landscape & System Lifecycle Management • Program & Landscape Architecture - Delivery Architecture, Release Planning and Landscape Architecture • Process Management - Processes & Structures, Modelling Techniques, Process Governance Framework • DLM Operations – Responsible for system installations and Build. System Administration / operations, Maintenance & operational support services • Landscape Logistics – Landscape configuration, Software Logistics, ABAP Transport Management ABOUT DLM LANDSCAPE LOGISTICS DLM Logistics is a service-oriented area which guarantees the efficient supply of the SAP-internal development, maintenance, and quality assurance systems with ABAP and HANA/HPA software. • The SLC is part of Development Landscape Management (DLM) and supports the worldwide development teams during their development phases. • We define processes for the software distribution together with our SAP-internal customers, support them in their quality assurance processes and development cycles. • We develop own tools and dashboards to be able to carry out these tasks even more efficiently, with clarity and reliability. • SLC makes therefore a determining contribution for the efficiency of all developers and testers at SAP. • SLC has subsidiaries in Germany, the USA, and India. Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to the Development System Landscapes • Have expertise in various technologies (e.g. database, platform) used by Development • Provide a stable in-time and in-quality development environment for internal product development units.
