Job Description

Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Incumbents will be posted in Normet Training Centre at CoE Jaipur during training period of first six months. During next six months of probation period posting will be on site locations.

Education: Minimum qualification Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, IT / Computers, Electronics)

(Should have done Higher secondary education / Class XII with science prior to join engineering diploma)

Experience: Fresher

Budget: 6 months of initial training period – Annual CTC of 3.8Lacs + Accommodation

Next 6 months of Probation – Annual CTC of 4.39Lacs

On Successful completion of Probation – Annual CTC of 5.27 Lacs

Job Details

During training period incumbents will undergo orientation on industry, segment, company, professional environment. Will be assigned task in Services business Line – field service, Service Operation, service centre, Sales, Technical & Product support, business control, IoT etc. Also will undergo exposure on Equipment production, Equipment Research & Development, Ground Construction Chemical.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhering to company Safety, code of conducts and all policies
• Carry out hands on assigned jobs under supervision
• Complete all related documents for any assigned jobs
• Prepare reports as per prescribed forms (both printed and digital) and discuss with supervisor.
• Complete tasks both for learning and execution as per timeline and delivery standard asked by supervisor
• Work as a team

Desired Profile

• Good academic results, preferably no gaps or backlog in any of the semester / annual exams during engineering course.
• Ability to communicate in English (Written communication skill to be at good level, verbal at least at moderate level)
• Ability to work in a group and willing to walk the extra mile
• Ability to think, express clearly and confidently
• Strong liking towards technology
