About the team:
We are a support team functions on TechOps and Device management on 27*7 basis
What you will be doing:
- Help Desk Services, Call Management ,Ticket Closure within SLA
- Install and troubleshooting Windows and MAC Operating System & Desktop
- Engineer should have experience in front level Data Centre/infrastructure support
- Troubleshooting experience in Server Hardware’s and Storage,experience in 24*7 Support operations
- Expertise in Backup and restoration, mentor the Helpdesk and Techops team and support Tech operations
- L2/L3 Technical support for OS & application. Installation & troubleshooting software on the desktop & server
What you bring:
- The candidate should have hands on experience in Windows/ Linux Operating System, Server installation and troubleshooting.
- Ready to handle escalation and support Leaders on technical issues.
- Consults with management to analyze information technology needs and determine scope, objectives, and priorities of technical projects, technical systems capacity.
