Job Description and Requisites -
- 15-18 years of relevant experience ELV of same roles and responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Building Management system (PLC & Controller), FAS, Security systems in terms of engineering and commissioning
- Co-ordinate with Project Managers to align Design & Commissioning activities
- Manage Engineering resources efficiently to optimize operation cost
- Monitoring Engineering cost VS Revenue to prevent under absorption
- Develop strategies: Develop execution strategies with the commissioning engineers, Design team to fulfil project requirement and for customer satisfaction
- Weekly review of Trackers to ensure timely completion of project requirement in terms of design and commissioning
- Publish performance reports as and when required by management
- Identify and drive team management activities
- Build positive and healthy relationships with customers, consultants for business growth
- Write reports and documentation to support internal and external escalations
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
- Performance management and evaluation of expertise of team members
