You’ll make a difference by:

• Conduct planned training sessions.
• Preparing training material.
• Modifying / updating training material.
• Test product functionality in course training exercises for revised course materials to accommodate new software and hardware functionality.
• Tests usability, product functionality and becomes a company expert on new products and processes.
• Maintaining Training Record and keeping track of Internal as well as external training.
• Support in training related initiatives.
• Support in maintaining competencies and data update for competency management system. Coordinating training schedules.
• Developing new training modules based on engineering requirements.
• Support in tool development.
• Support in improving team efficiency and accuracy.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical required.
• 7+ years of successful experience in designing complex FIRE alarm systems with demonstrated competence in all types of vertical like Hotels, Hospitals, Industries, etc. Preferably in US projects.
• NICET Level II required for Fire Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, mechanical systems, fire systems.
• Able to read/interpret electrical circuit diagrams.
• Strong Knowledge of AutoCAD 202x.
• Ability to adapt to shifting demands and competing priorities from different teams and internal partners to consistently improve competency.
