You will be a seasoned Subject Matter Expert working in the production or QC function managing a team of 10-15 Analysts
You will identify comprehensive target set of compliance data for users across teams
Review reports to identify trends and key risk areas
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Graduate with 6-7 years of experience in Know your customer, Customer due diligence, Customer identification program and Enhanced due diligence
Experience in New Client Onboarding, New Account Documentation, Business Formation Documentation, Legal Entity Structures
Ability to follow cash flows and understanding money laundering and terrorist financing issues
Strong narrative writing skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Team management experience with ability to understand and execute business controls.
Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyse multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience in financial services transaction data analysis, risk rating and Name Screening.
Expertise in Project Management tools and techniques.
