Overview The Data Analysis & Reporting Representatives will be accountable for the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management, Training Materials, Presentation Creation in support of the Quality and Food Safety area of the PFNA operations. This position will report to a Coordinator in the Business Support Tower. This role will be responsible to provide tactical execution of the reporting requirements, analysis of data and preparation of presentation matierials. Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities: Collection and analysis of Product Quality data with subsequent reporting of data to the business. Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed Partner with key stakeholders for coordination of key business initiatives and performance metrics Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (QC, Food Safety, QA, Field & HQ Operations, R&D, Consumer Relations, IT & Contract Manufacturing/Repack) Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains Ensure delivery of SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guideline English Fluency required - written and verbal Bachelor’s degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred 0-2 years of experience with Reporting and Business Analytics Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel), Tableau, Power BI required . Knowledge of Python, SQL helpful. Experience in a food or consumer goods environment and familiarity with Product quality attributes Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner Ability to recommend automation and process improvements to improve workflow execution Ability to analyze and establish statistical correlations across multiple data sets Basic Understanding of Quality and Food Safety Basic knowledge of Technical Writing skills Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities Organization effectiveness Strong people leadership capabilities and equipped with general interpersonal skills
