Reporting to: Senior Manager- Manufacturing

The person in this role will have to Lead the production supervisors to achieve production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient operation and producing products at or above established quality standards. 

• Oversee the daily running of operations and directs the production line supervisors. 
• Coordination with various department stakeholders like procurement, maintenance, customer service and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. 
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 
• Drive Productivity, Plan Compliance, Capacity Utilization and Maintenance upkeep. 
• Prepare and monitor cost against budget.
• Fixing and troubleshoot issues that may arise with the production line 
• Implementation and compliance of new and existing policies and procedures. 
• MIS: tracking and maintaining production data, and reporting information to management.
• Responsible for delivering production commitments within the quality specifications and costs standards.
• Continuous Improvement Program- Cost, efficiency, safety, people, quality

Requirements 

• Poses key skills and competencies in the following areas: people management, planning/organization, reasoning, multi task, delegate functions, problem solving, communication, teamwork, flexibility, train and develop employees.
• Strong Experience in Production, Planning, Plant Procedures, Man Management ,Food Safety Measures.

• B.Tech in food Technology / Chemical engineer 
• 8-10yrs in FMCG.
