Responsibilities Be part of a team servicing Learning & Development requirements. Conceptualize visuals based on requirements. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using tools or digital graphic tablet Designing and developing graphics for learning curriculum, learning programs, learning materials, and collaterals based on industry design standards Work with team lead to design course visuals to provide an enhanced learner experience Design and develop graphics for eLearning coursework which aligns with Sector or COE strategic learning goals/objectives Design and develop graphics to enhance digital learning methodologies Design and develop learning videos Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in a shared services/customer service or a related field 3+ years of experience designing and developing graphics for classroom training, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning, interactive PDF, standee, poster, icons, logos, etc. Experience of Graphic Design tools and applications (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects) Basic interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members Customer focused and results oriented with attention to detail and solution focused mentality Sense of ownership, systematic troubleshooting and ability to follow through tasks to completion The ability to multi-task and handle priorities with the flexibility to meet the demands of the team when needed
