Support the BSS implementation across the markets with a focus on Core BSS Domains (incl. CRM , Billing, Order Management, Integration, Product Catalogue, VAS, etc). This role will possess deep BSS technical expertise to be able to unlock any technical blockers during the BSS implementation while identifying any gaps against the reference architecture. The role will play a critical role in the modernization of Vodacom’s BSS (Business Support Systems) platform by overseeing the migration from the current platform to the new platform.
