PepsiCo’s BI & Reporting team is tasked with the responsibility of developing quality reporting services, including data collection processes, maintaining the integrity of our data foundations and enabling business leaders and data scientists across the company to have rapid access to the data they need for decision-making and innovation. As a BI & Reporting Manager, you will lead a techno-functional team that develops reporting and intelligence for sector supply chain teams. The intelligence and reporting team will bring to life integrated and harmonized data from the D&A Enterprise Data Platform as well as other sources. Functional team members with strong knowledge of the make & move space bring valuable context and insight for reporting to drive value. This team will be required to work closely with BI Design & Engineers and sector stakeholders. The role will also work with Data Product Management, Supply Chain Transformation and other D&Ai functions such as governance and data engineering for some programs. Partnering closely with sector business partners is essential to understand the objective of different reporting and the decisions that potentially can be impacted. There will be an opportunity to go beyond Business Intelligence and reporting – to work with Governance and Data Engineering to expand the team’s exposure beyond reporting to how data inputs should be transformed, modeled, and harmonized. Responsibilities Strong knowledge on data visualization and story telling– must have experience visualizing raw, transformed, and modeled data via different platforms such as Power BI and Tableau for business partner consumption. A strong understanding of the supply chain space will be a great asset as a leader of a techno-functional team. Leading a medium sized team of technical and functional team members and integrating the thinking of both to drive intelligent reporting. Display the ability to work closely with sector teams to refine and improve outputs based on feedback Partner closely with Data Governance on understanding sourcing and quality – and documenting KPI transformations Empower the business by creating value through the increased adoption of data, data science and business intelligence landscape. Explore and understand new and emerging visualization software tools Adhere and understand different DA&I processes (i.e. desired architecture patterns, DTP) and manage your team to follow these processes Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Required, Advanced Degree preferred 9-12 years of relevant business intelligence experience with a consumer package goods company or strategic consulting agency, supply chain domain expertise desirable 9-12 years total experience working on data visualization Past managerial experience of medium to large teams Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and understanding ETL data ingestion Extensive experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
