Overview This role sits within S&T GCC supporting the Business Unit sector and is a business-critical role with high leadership visibility. You will have the opportunity to work across many areas of the marketing agenda and make a direct impact on the business. This is a strategic role to elevate and deliver impact of existing India Capability Centre (ICC) Insights and Analytics sector partnership model to meet business unit’s ever evolving business priorities. As the sector Consumer Insights team lead in ICC, this role will lead the evolution and delivery of the program along with a team integrated in Business Unit’s brand marketing and insights organization. Therefore, the preferred candidate will need to have extensive all round insights experience on market data/retail analytics, consumer insights and team management. Responsibilities Fully Staff and Lead APAC consumer insights Supporting APAC sector BUs On-board, train new consumer insights talent in HYD ICC who are specialists in consumer testing, social listening consulting Responsibility will now include delivering consumer insights capability catalogue services to all APAC BUs Drive integrated insights during AOPs, Strat Planning, Year End Assessments Present to Insights, Marketing and other senior leadership across each APAC BU Represent sector needs and liaison with Global Consumer capabilities and partnership team to drive capability expansion and sustainability forward in APAC BUs Deploy new capabilities like Innovation testing and Social Listening tools Pilot creative meta insights studies annually. Qualifications Business leaders collaboration skills to help them answer business critical questions Senior executive level presentation and communication skills. Multiple Stake holder management skills. Ability to convert insights into narrative that answers critial business questions Hands on experience on data tools like Ada, Zappi, Kantar, Sprinklr, Tastewise, Black Swan, Euromonitor and more Understanding of data structures, skills in converting Business Issue into Analytical problem to solve for Expert in understanding multiple types of data like POS, Panel, Syndicated and Primary research data. Ability to visualize data set and identify KPIs that will help descision making. Ability to lead the team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong Influencial skills, ability to work with senior leaders across the organization Strong people management skills Ability to mange day-to-day operations and guiding of analysts Advanced powerpoint and excel skills.
