Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of the deployment plan. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment. - Manage the overall deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, and budgeting. - Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan. - Train and mentor team members to ensure their success in the deployment process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. - Strong understanding of financial processes and systems. - Experience in leading deployment projects and managing resources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
