Could you be the full-time Executive Assistant in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and administrative expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, dynamic, and supportive teammates.
You'll act as a pivotal point of contact for Management, ensuring seamless administrative activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial and Projects Team, HR, Finance), manage complex travel arrangements and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of end-to-end travel management, calendar management, and support the recruitment process, but also assist with meeting preparations and event coordination.
We’ll look to you for:
Efficient management of executive schedules and travel arrangements
Handling PR & PO processes for indirect buying and training coordination
Attendance and expense management through Concur or similar platforms
Facilitating recruitment processes and new hire orientations
Organizing and monitoring skip-level meetings and action items
Coordinating arrangements for visiting delegates, including accommodation and transportation
Managing meeting room bookings, seminars, and team social events
Supporting in the creation of presentations, reports, and information gathering

A degree in any discipline (Postgraduate education in Business Administration is an advantage)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
4 to 6 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a secretarial position
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint
Effective verbal and written business communication skills
Basic understanding of finance principles
Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for PR/PO creation
Conscientiousness with a commitment to deliver
Team player mentality with a spirit of “Team Trust Action”
Self-motivated with a logical and organized approach to work
