Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dentist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital implants and devices, along with a strong background in fieldwork, collaborating with sales teams, and understanding client needs. The role also involves participating in seminars and exhibitions to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures with a focus on digital implants and related devices.
  
• Work closely with sales personnel to understand and address the specific needs of clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
• Engage in fieldwork to gather and address the Voice of Customer (VoC), providing insights to enhance service quality and client experience.
  
• Actively participate in dental seminars, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and stay informed on the latest developments in dentistry.
  
• Provide exceptional care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being during dental treatments.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and other relevant documentation.
  

• BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) or MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in dentistry, with a focus on digital implants and devices.
  
• Valid dental license to practice in Chennai.

• In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, particularly in digital implants and devices.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively, patients, and colleagues.
  
• Strong ability to listen and understand client and patient needs, ensuring they receive personalized care.
  
• Ability to present and explain complex dental procedures to clients and patients clearly and confidently.
  
• Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in treatment planning and patient care.
