Reuters Operations and Strategy is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Delivery Manager to drive our cloud-based, back-end development initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead global projects and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. A passion for Agile delivery and continuous improvement is essential, along with knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora, and Eloqua. 
In this role, you'll work with diverse teams across Reuters and Thomson Reuters, including Editorial, Finance, Sales, and Technology. Join us to shape the future of global news and media technology and advance your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


About the Role


Delivery Manager - Salesforce


  • Delivers projects within the constraints of scope, time and quality.
  • Salesforce interfaces across platforms
  • Mostly with Billing experience as well
  • Defines, documents and manages projects with minimal supervision, working with multiple teams across the globe, with differing priorities and working/cultural practices.
  • Effectively manages project team conflicts, builds collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and gains commitment to make decisions.
  • Identifies, assesses and manages risks, blocking issues and dependencies, and ensures stakeholders have information to make effective decisions. 
  • Implements effective communication plans and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports.
  • Partners with the Product Manager to support product backlog definition / refinement / prioritization to feed sprints.
  • Experience running Agile projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Able to lead all phases of the project and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
  • Strong negotiating, influencing and conflict resolution skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture.

About You:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (or related field)
  • overall 7+ yrs of Exp.
  • 3+ years’ experience in delivery management, with agile, product development teams.
  • Professional certifications such as Project Management (PMP) and/or Agile (Scrum Master, other) certifications  
  • Very strong English written & oral communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Slack, Confluence), with experience using these tools to drive project success and team collaboration.  Report creation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zuora, and marketing platforms like Eloqua and HubSpot.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading global projects and driving business system delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in systems like Zuora, Eloqua, and Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Agile Delivery: Passion for Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Strong skills in managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Conflict Management: Effective in managing team conflicts and building collaborative partnerships.
