Role & responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to scope.
• Establish governance frameworks, methodologies, re-usable assets, templates, KPIs for project execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project challenges and client concerns.
• Drive adoption of best practices in Agile, AI technologies and Lean methodologies for project execution & AMS.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of project managers, solution architects, and consultants.
• Lead talent acquisition, resource management, upskilling, cross-skilling, product certifications and competency development initiatives.
• Set-up and oversee a robust PMO function for the practice.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the practice.
• Work closely with clients to drive long-term value realization from the SaaS solution.
• Partner with the Sales team to support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, RFP responses, and effort estimation.
• Provide delivery expertise in contract negotiations to ensure clarity in scope and realistic implementation timelines.
• Promote delivery led excellence by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Implement delivery KPIs and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into team performance, project health, delivery performance, risks, opportunities, invoicing, collections, resource and revenue forecasting.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for the Digital Procurement & Supply Chain Practice in alignment with client strategic objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion into new markets and industries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings.
• Own and manage the P&L for the delivery, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Optimize resource allocation, cost management, and utilization rates for delivery teams.
• Implement data-driven performance tracking and reporting for effective decision-making.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Steer Cos, C-level executives and key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring value-driven outcomes.
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in implementing SAAS based Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), and other digital procurement solutions (eg., coupa, GEP, Ivalua etc).
• Good knowledge of associated systems of ERP, AI/ML, middleware and analytics in supply chain transformation.
• Experience in building and managing global delivery teams, offshore Delivery Centre of Excellence and leading successful large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel globally as required.
• Strong background in managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations and post-go-live support models.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring large delivery teams.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools.
• Experience working with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to drive business growth.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
